The TC1200 Smart Quaternary Diaphragm Pump is designed for sanitary fluid transfer applications that require stable flow, low pulsation, low shear, and easy cleaning. With a flow range of 0.2–20 L/min and a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar, the TC1200 provides stable and efficient pumping performance in sanitary process environments. Its wetted materials are selected for hygienic compatibility, and the pump structure is designed to support clean operation, simple maintenance, and reliable long-term use.

Speed-Flow Characteristics

The figure below shows the speed-flow characteristic curves of the TC1200 pump head at different operating pressures, using purified water at room temperature as the test medium.

The relationship between speed and flow is essentially linear, demonstrating stable and predictable flow performance across the operating range. The adjustable speed range is 20–2100 rpm, and the maximum flow rate can exceed 20 L/min under appropriate operating conditions.
