TC-180 Four-Piston Diaphragm Pump

Four-Piston Diaphragm Pump for Laboratory, Pilot-Scale, and Bioprocess Development Applications

Overview

The TC-180 Four-Piston Diaphragm Pump is designed for laboratory, pilot-scale, and small production bioprocess applications requiring stable, low-pulsation, and low-shear fluid transfer. Its compact hygienic design makes it well suited for chromatography, tangential flow filtration (TFF), buffer preparation, and other sensitive fluid handling processes.

With a flow range of 0.02–3 L/min and a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar, the TC-180 provides reliable performance across a wide range of process development and pilot-scale applications. Hygienic wetted materials, stable flow delivery, and simple maintenance support dependable long-term operation.

The TC-180 is available either as an integrated TC-S Smart Pump or as a standalone pump head for OEM equipment and system integration, providing flexibility for both laboratory use and externally controlled bioprocess systems.
