The TC180 Smart Quaternary Diaphragm Pump is designed for sanitary fluid transfer applications that require stable flow, low pulsation, low shear, and easy cleaning. Speed-Flow Characteristics
The figure below shows the speed-flow characteristic curves of the TC180 pump head at different operating pressures, using purified water at room temperature as the test medium.
The relationship between speed and flow is essentially linear, demonstrating stable and predictable flow performance across the operating range. The adjustable speed range is 20–2700 rpm, and the maximum flow rate can exceed 3 L/min under appropriate operating conditions.
